It's about this time travelling man who comes from another planet, who meets one female human each series, and takes them with him around the universe(s) and time periods (Teehee...), but other-worldly beings are trying to take over, but this dude (The Doctor) somehow always stops them.
Sounds stupid, but you have to watch it to realize how awesome it is.
