After this I rekon we should become a democratic forum...
Make a module (w.e they called, like the spam pit, or chat) called Offical polls. That only mods and Admins can create topics in, but anyone can post, and it can be for polls that affect the forum, like the next poll should be a list of members suiting the job for mod, and then people vote (make it multiple choice)
