Messing Around in GIMP - Sigs

Never ever used GIMP, so really just getting the hang of it.
Also, only one thing so far, will be updated.

Guitar

+ Good Size
+ Good Colour Scheme.
- Bad border, needs to be on the outer part of the sig
- No depth of colour.
- Text too abstract, hard to see.

Thanks, I personally don't think I did too badly for saying I had never used GIMP in my life...

My Photoshop I had doesn't work with Vista, which sucks =(

I didn't notice until now... the far left border is off the edge...

You used a guitar so you get my vote as the best sig ever made.

I quite like it actually, apart from what JAck pointed out, 'No depth of colour.'

Yeah that's what I thought haha. That caught my attention. Anyways, I agree with Shiro on the border.

Don't get me wrong, I did not mean "You suck, give up now". The best way to get better is through criticism. To help you I provided good and bad points, as well as some decent tutorials to help you improve.

Same with anything on here graphic related. Saying just - "Oh, that's lovely" wont cut it. Even if it's the smallest detail it needs to be brought to attention.
